采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,对河南省普通高等师范院校大学生体育运动价值取向进行研究,旨在了解河南省普通高等师范院校大学生参与体育运动的价值取向,为师范类院校体育课程设置和体育教学、开展课外体育活动提供参考依据。研究认为:1)河南省普通高等师范院校大学生参与体育锻炼的主要目的是促进健康;2)男生参与体育运动的价值取向强于女生,且偏向于保持健康、愉悦身心,而女生参与运动的价值取向则偏向于健身塑形和保持健康;3)与农村户籍学生相比,城市户籍学生在健康、健身、挑战价值取向上较强,在愉悦价值取向上略弱;4)理科学生比文科学生更关注健体效果;5)情侣参与体育锻炼相对于单身群体更关注健体塑形的效果;6)相对于非独生子女,独生子女学生在挑战、健美价值取向上较强,在学习取向价值上较弱,其他方面没有差异。
Using the methods of questionnaire, literature and statistics, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper studies the value orientation of sports for college students in normal colleges and universities in Henan Province, and aims to understand the value orientation of college students participating in sports in Henan higher normal colleges, It provides a reference for physical education curriculum and physical education in extracurricular physical education institutes. The research shows that: 1) The main purpose of college students participating in physical exercise in Henan Province is to promote health; 2) The value orientation of boys participating in sports is stronger than that of girls, and they tend to be healthy and happy, while girls participate in sports 3) Compared with rural resident students, urban hukou students are stronger in value orientation of health, fitness and challenge and weaker in value orientation of pleasure; 4) Science students are more liberal than those in liberal arts Students pay more attention to the effect of body-building; 5) the couple’s participation in physical exercise is more concerned with the effect of body-shaping than that of single groups; 6) Compared with non-only children, only child students are more challenged in bodybuilding value orientation, Weaker value, no difference in other areas.
