目的:观察咳喘宁胶囊配合西药治疗变异型哮喘的疗效和对肺功能的影响。方法:治疗组30例,用咳喘宁胶囊配合班布特罗治疗;对照组30例,用班布特罗治疗。两组疗程14天,1个疗程后判断疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组90.00%,对照组80.00%,治疗组治疗前后中医证候积分显著下降。结论:中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效较好。
Objective: To observe the effect of Kechuanning capsule combined with western medicine in treating variant asthma and its effect on pulmonary function. Methods: 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Kechuanning capsule combined with bambuterol; in the control group, 30 cases were treated with bambuterol. Two groups of treatment 14 days, a course of treatment to determine efficacy. Results: The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group. The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased significantly before and after treatment. Conclusion: Integrative medicine is effective in treating cough variant asthma.
