目的考察简明职业紧张量表(Simple Occupational Stress Inventory,SOSI)中文版在项目管理者中的适用性。方法采用整群抽样法以237名工程项目管理者为样本,分析SOSI中文版的信效度并探索项目管理者的SOSI职业紧张特点。结果 SOSI中文版9个题项的鉴别度良好,共提取2个公共因子,解释总变异的55.3%,同质信度α系数与分半信度r系数均>0.70;项目管理者的SOSI时间应激水平明显高于SOSI焦虑应激水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。该差异亦表现在受试者的工作性质、任职年限以及文化程度等人口学特征方面。结论 SOSI中文版符合心理测量学要求,在项目管理者群体中的适用性较好。
Objective To investigate the applicability of Chinese version of Simple Occupational Stress Inventory (SOSI) to project managers. Methods Using cluster sampling method, a sample of 237 project managers was selected to analyze the reliability and validity of SOSI Chinese version and to explore the characteristics of SOSI occupational stress of project managers. Results Nine items of SOSI Chinese were identified well. Two public factors were extracted, accounting for 55.3% of the total variance. The coefficients of homogeneity reliability and half reliability r were both> 0.70. The SOSI time of the project manager The stress level was significantly higher than that of SOSI anxiety stress, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The difference is also reflected in demographic characteristics such as the nature of work, length of service, and education of the subjects. Conclusion The Chinese version of SOSI meets the requirements of psychometrics and has good applicability in project managers.
