分别以乙醇和丙酮为溶剂,从9种苔藓植物中提取有效成分,利用滤纸片法将提取液作用于3种供试菌株,研究其抑菌能力,并对提取液的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)进行了测定,结果如下:9种苔藓植物中多数均对目的菌株具有一定的抑制作用,且表现出对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的生长抑制作用较强,而对大肠杆菌的生长抑制作用相对较弱。
The effective components were extracted from 9 kinds of bryophytes with ethanol and acetone respectively.
