铁(Ⅲ)离子与各种核苷酸的相互作用的研究对于阐明铁离子在人体内的吸收和传送过程中的去向无疑是十分重要的。这一研究还将有助于寻找用于治疗缺铁性贫血的药物。 鉴于目前只有很少的铁(Ⅲ)-核苷酸化合物被合成出来并加以表征,我们将研究集中于合成新的铁(Ⅲ)-核苷酸化合物及其结构。本文报道四个铁(Ⅲ)-单核苷酸化合物的合成,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱阐明其结构。
The study of the interaction between iron (Ⅲ) ions and various nucleotides is undoubtedly of great importance to elucidate the fate of iron ions in the human body during their absorption and transport. This research will also help to find drugs for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. In view of the fact that only a few iron (III) -nucleotide compounds are currently synthesized and characterized, we will focus our attention on the synthesis of new iron (III) -nucleotide compounds and their structures. This paper reports the synthesis of four iron (Ⅲ) - mononucleotide compounds and their structure elucidated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
