[目的/意义]国内尚未见全面应用的蒙古文资源共享系统,也未见任何机构实质性地组织、实施蒙古文资源共建共享,更未见某数据商开发、生产、发布和共享蒙古文资源。梳理相关文献,发现蒙古文资源共建共享遇到了严重的瓶颈制约,在这种情况下必须突破束缚,以新的视角研究蒙古文资源共建共享。[方法/过程]以政府(包括文化机构)、图书情报机构和蒙古文研究机构(包括研究者)3个维度组成复杂网络,探讨3个维度在蒙古文资源共建共享保障体系建设中的关联关系,在此基础上构建蒙古文资源共建共享保障体系。[结果/结论]通过对现有蒙古文资源数字化建设路径的改造,优化蒙古文共建共享保障体系,给出保障体系建设的方法,展望未来研究方向,为蒙古文资源共建共享保障体系建设实践提供切实的参考和可行的借鉴。
[Purpose / Significance] The Mongolian resource sharing system, which has not been fully implemented yet, has not been seen in any country yet, and no organization has organized or implemented the Mongolian resource construction and sharing in substantive manner. Nor has it been possible for a data provider to develop, produce, publish and share Mongolian Resources. Combing the relevant literature and found that Mongolian resources co-construction and sharing encountered serious bottleneck constraints, in which case we must break the shackles and study the Mongolian resources co-construction and sharing with a new perspective. [Method / Process] The complex network is composed of the three dimensions of government (including cultural institutions), library and information agencies and Mongolian research institutes (including researchers), and the relationship between the three dimensions in the construction of Mongolian resources co-construction and sharing guarantee system Relations, on the basis of building Mongolian resources to build and share security system. [Result / Conclusion] Through the reconstruction of the current Mongolian resources digital construction path, optimize the construction and sharing of Mongolian security system, give the method of security system construction, and look forward to the future research direction, for Mongolian resources construction and sharing security system Practice to provide practical reference and feasible reference.
