先秦法家諸子通過對規矩的闡述,開發出來一套自成體系的政治哲學。治國者如同工匠,但工匠不必是治國者,這是先秦法家治國論的基本要義。依據隱喻的法則推導出作爲理想類型的治國者工匠說,是先秦法家未明確表達出來的含義。將治國者等同於工匠的理念只有來到現代社會中纔能成立。對法家規範說的討論不妨礙以隱喻的方式追踪工匠精神,這種精神包含了客觀、穩定、普通適用、精緻和合乎物之理的要素。
Pre-Qin legalists through the elaboration of the rules, developed a set of self-contained political philosophy. Governers are like artisans, but artisans need not be rulers, which is the basic meaning of the rule of law in pre-Qin law countries. According to the law of metaphor, it is deduced that the ideal country-style artisan is the meaning that the pre-Qin and legalists did not clearly express. The idea of equating the ruling states with artisans can only be established if it comes to modern society. The discussion of the normative norms does not prevent the metaphorical tracing of the craftsman’s spirit, which embraces the elements of objectivity, stability, general application, sophistication and conformity.
