对32例(8~28周)人胚胎肾进行光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察。结果表明:胚胎肾小体的发育可分为原始期(ⅠS)、发育期(ⅡS)和成熟期(ⅢS)3个阶段。8周胚肾有少量ⅡS肾小体,并形成滤过膜的3层结构。20周胎儿肾内约30%肾小体达ⅢS。28周胎儿肾内约50%肾小体达ⅢS。肾小管的发育与所属肾小体的发育程度相应,可分为分化早期、发育期和成熟期3个阶段。8周胚肾可见少量发育期的近端小管和远端小管。12周胎儿肾内可见发育期髓袢细段。20周胎儿肾内成熟期肾小管数量增多。
32 cases (8-28 weeks) of human embryonic kidney light microscope, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the development of embryonic kidney can be divided into three stages: primitive stage (ⅠS), developmental stage (ⅡS) and maturation stage (ⅢS). 8 weeks embryo kidney a small amount of IIS kidney body, and the formation of three-layer membrane structure. 20 weeks of fetal kidney about 30% of renal tubules up to Ⅲ S. 28 weeks of fetal kidney about 50% of renal tubules up to Ⅲ S. The development of renal tubules and their corresponding development of renal corpus corresponding to the early differentiation, development and maturity of the three stages. 8 weeks embryo kidney shows a small amount of development of proximal and distal tubules. Twelve weeks of fetal development of kidney medulla can be seen in detail. The number of renal tubules in the fetus during 20 weeks of maturation increased.
