BACKGROUND Hypopharyngeal lipoma is a rare disease that can lead to asphyxiation after aspiration.Sclerotic lipoma in the hypopharynx is an extremely rare histological type.Hypopharyngeal lipoma should be resected in time after diagnosis.CASE SUMMARY An 8
