目的通过对滨州市滨北工业园某企业液化气叠合项目在正常生产过程中产生的职业病危害进行分析、评价,确定其危害程度以及防护措施的控制效果,保证其投产后符合国家职业卫生法律和标准。方法现场职业卫生调查,并对职业病危害因素进行采样、检测,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响。结果该建设项目职业病危害因素为煤尘、化学毒物(液化石油气、溶剂汽油、非甲烷总烃、硫酸、一氧化碳、甲醇)、物理因素(噪声、高温),其中煤尘检测样品12个、化学毒物检测222个,噪声检测78个,高温检测3个,检测浓度或强度的合格率为100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业卫生防护基本符合相关规定要求,职业病危害控制措施有效。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the hazard of occupational diseases during the normal production of liquefied gas superimposed project of a company in Binbei Industrial Park, Binzhou, and determine the degree of harm and the control effect of protective measures to ensure that it meets the requirements of national occupational health laws and standard. Methods Occupational health survey was conducted on the spot, and the occupational hazards were sampled and tested. The harm degree and the impact on the health of workers were analyzed. Results The occupational hazards of the project were coal dust, chemical poisons (liquefied petroleum gas, solvent gasoline, non-methane total hydrocarbons, sulfuric acid, carbon monoxide and methanol), physical factors (noise and high temperature), including 12 coal dust samples, There are 222 poison detections, 78 noise detections and 3 high temperature detections. The passing rate of test concentration or intensity is 100%. Conclusion The project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The occupational health protection basically meets the requirements of relevant regulations and the occupational disease hazard control measures are effective.
