随着乡村城镇化建设的深入和旧城区改造项目的推进涉及拆迁补偿工作,出现了许多因不动产所有权人已过世而无法正常办理拆迁补偿手续,严重影响城镇化建设的进程。同时,由于房价的不断飙升以及民众对私有财富保护意识的不断增强,涉及银行存款、股票或有价证券及不动产继承的民事活动迅猛增长,继承权公证需求量也日益增多。继承权公证在满足群众对遗产合理分配的需求,维护家庭和睦、促进社会和谐中发挥着重要的职能作用。笔者根据多年工作实践,就办理继承权公证过程中遇到的问题谈点自已的看法。
With the deepening of urbanization in rural areas and the promotion of urban renewal projects in the old areas, compensation and relocation work involves demolition and relocation. In the meantime, due to soaring property prices and a growing public awareness of the protection of private wealth, the number of civil activities involving bank deposits, stocks or securities and real estate inheritance has grown rapidly, and the demand for succession notarization has also been on the rise. The notarization of inheritance rights plays an important functional role in meeting the needs of the masses for the rational distribution of inheritance, safeguarding family harmony and promoting social harmony. The author based on years of work practice, on the issue of succession rights notarization of the problems encountered in talking about their own views.
