随着多年的经济高增长和城镇化水平的日益提高,家居建材行业发展迅速,对业内企业内部控制也提出了新的要求。本文拟以财政部等五部委2008年发布的《企业内部控制基本规范》和2010年发布的相关应用指引为基础,结合家居建材企业的特征,试图构建家居建材企业营销分公司的内部控制体系。
With many years of high economic growth and the increasing level of urbanization, the rapid development of home building materials industry, the industry’s internal control companies have also put forward new requirements. Based on the “Basic Norms of Enterprise Internal Control” promulgated by the five ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Finance in 2008 and the relevant application guidelines issued in 2010, this article intends to build an internal control system of home building materials marketing branch based on the characteristics of home building materials enterprises.
