目的:观察健胃愈疡片联合雷贝拉唑治疗肝胃不和型消化性溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法:116例肝胃不和型消化性溃疡患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予流质或半流质饮食,严禁食用辛辣等刺激性食物,并给予维生素等常规治疗;在此基础上,对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片20 mg,于早晨用温开水整片吞服,严禁咀嚼或压碎后服用,每日1次;观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用健胃愈疡片1.2 g,用温开水送服,每日4次。两组均以6周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后幽门螺杆菌(Hp)情况,炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者Hp情况、炎症因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Hp阳性例数及阳性率、炎症因子水平均显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;Hp阴性例数及阴性率均显著高于同组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,健胃愈疡片联合雷贝拉唑治疗肝胃不和型消化性溃疡的疗效显著优于单用雷贝拉唑,且安全性相当。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Jianweiyuyang tablets combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of gastric and gastric peptic ulcer. Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment, Jianweiyuyang tablets combined with rabeprazole is superior to rabeprazole alone in the treatment of gastric and gastric peptic ulcer with comparable safety.
