以NaOH/CO(NH2)2水相溶剂溶解甲壳素,研究了凝固液对甲壳素/海藻酸钠纤维制备的影响,分析了纤维组分的相容性,并对纤维的性能进行了测定.结果表明:甲壳素纺丝的适宜凝固液为10%H2SO4,5%Na2SO4和5%C2H5OH混合液,甲壳素/海藻酸钠共混纺丝的适宜凝固液为5%CaCl2,1%HCl和10%C2H5OH混合液.结构分析说明,甲壳素与海藻酸钠共混有一定的相容性.当共混纤维中甲壳素含量为10%时,共混纤维干、湿态抗张强度及断裂伸长率最大,干、湿态抗张强度分别为11.99 cN/tex和2.47 cN/tex.当共混纤维中甲壳素含量为40%时,共混纤维吸湿率、保湿率分别达到最大值274.1%,37.8%.
The effect of coagulation solution on the preparation of chitin / sodium alginate fiber was studied by dissolving chitin in NaOH / CO (NH2) 2 aqueous solution. The compatibility of the fiber component was analyzed. The fiber properties were also determined. The results showed that suitable coagulation liquid for chitin spinning was 10% H2SO4, 5% Na2SO4 and 5% C2H5OH, and suitable coagulating liquid for chitin / sodium alginate blended spinning was 5% CaCl2, 1% HCl and 10% C2H5OH mixture.The structural analysis showed that the compatibility of chitin with sodium alginate had a certain compatibility.When the content of chitin in the blend fiber was 10%, the dry and wet tensile strength and elongation at break The maximum, dry and wet tensile strengths were 11.99 cN / tex and 2.47 cN / tex, respectively. When the content of chitin in the blends was 40%, the moisture absorption and moisture retention of the blends reached 274.1% 37.8%.
