目的:优化流程,建立科学合理的排班方法。方法:运用Excel绘制岗位配置表,计算各时段配置人员数,采用“相对固定、每周轮换”的方法,综合多种排班原则建立排班表。结果:明显节约了人力成本,提高工作效率,排班更加公平、公正。结论:优化流程,建立科学合理的排班方法,有利于更加合理利用有限的人力资源。
Objective: To optimize the process and establish a scientific and reasonable scheduling method. Methods: Using Excel to draw the job configuration table, calculating the number of staffing in each time period, using the method of “Relatively fixed, weekly rotation ”, and combined with various scheduling principles to establish a shift schedule. Results: Significant savings in labor costs, improve work efficiency, scheduling more fair and equitable. Conclusion: To optimize the process and establish a scientific and rational shift schedule is conducive to making more rational use of limited human resources.
