报道了用非相干光时间延迟四波混频方法在室温下测得Cu2O超微粒子的扩散系数和载流子复合时间分别为0.011cm2/s和1.2ns。通过改变探测光与前向泵浦光之间的夹角实验和变温实验证实了这种方法的正确性。并讨论了扩散机理。
The diffusivity and carrier recombination time of Cu2O ultrafine particles measured at room temperature using four-wave mixing method with incoherent optical time-delayed four-wave mixing are reported to be 0.011 cm2 / s and 1.2 ns, respectively. The correctness of this method is verified by changing the angle between the probe light and the forward pump light and changing the temperature. And discussed the diffusion mechanism.
