一、前言如图1所示为双内啮合2K—H正号机构,可用于短期工作的传动,传动比I_(Hb)~a一般推荐为30~100,在小功率传动中,可达1700。对于这种机构的传动方案的选择,目前的有关设计资料推荐利用I—Z_b—Z_e(Z_ε=Z_a-Z_g=Z_b-Z_f)曲线进行齿数选择。然而这样的曲线有相当大的缺点:①这种曲线不可能穷尽一切情况,也没有考虑多个行星轮的情况;②没有考虑角度变位情况下的齿数选择;③所得结果往往存在较大的传动比误差;④应用不方便。总之,利用此种方法难于找到最佳结果。本文利用计算机进行搜索,克服了以上缺点。

For the selection of the transmission scheme of this kind of organization, the current design data recommend to select the number of teeth by using the curve of I-Z_b-Z_e (Z_ε = Z_a-Z_g = Z_b-Z_f). However, such a curve has considerable disadvantages: (1) this kind of curve can not exhaust everything and does not consider the situation of multiple planet wheels; (2) it does not consider the choice of the number of teeth under the condition of angular displacement; (3) the obtained result often has a large Transmission error; ④ inconvenient to use. In short, using this method is difficult to find the best results. In this paper, the use of computer search, to overcome the above shortcomings.
