目的:探究品管圈管理在乳腺癌术后患者功能康复健康教育中的应用效果。方法:以浙江省永康市第一人民医院2015年2月~2016年2月进行乳腺癌手术的40例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的患者功能康复健康教育,观察组患者将品管圈管理应用到健康教育中。比较分析两组患者功能模拟缺陷率及患者对健康教育的满意度。结果:观察组患者模拟缺陷率明显低于对照组,观察组患者对健康教育的满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌术后患者功能康复健康教育中,应用品管圈管理,能够有效提高护士工作的积极性,规范健康教育开展的流程,进而有效提高健康教育的质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of QA management in functional rehabilitation and health education of postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods: Forty patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery from February 2015 to February 2016 in First People’s Hospital of Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine functional rehabilitation and health education, and patients in the observation group applied quality control to health education. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with functional simulation defect rate and patient satisfaction with health education. Results: The simulated defect rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group. The satisfaction degree of health education in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the functional rehabilitation health education of patients with postoperative breast cancer, the application of QA management can effectively improve the enthusiasm of nurses and standardize the flow of health education so as to effectively improve the quality of health education.
