以某型国产轿车变速器传动系统为研究对象,建立了完整的变速器齿轮轴系和箱体有限元模型,考虑部件之间的耦合关系得到了变速器总成固有特性。采用显式动态有限元法对变速器一挡工况进行仿真,深入分析了变速器工况参数对输入、输出齿轮最大啮合应力的影响。该研究可为寻找变速器总成产生振动的敏感部位和动力学优化设计提供依据。
Taking the transmission system of a certain domestic car transmission as the research object, a complete finite element model of transmission gear shaft and box is established, and the inherent characteristics of the transmission assembly are obtained by considering the coupling relationship between the components. An explicit dynamic finite element method is used to simulate the first gear condition of the transmission. The influence of transmission condition parameters on the maximum meshing stress of input and output gear is analyzed. The research can provide the basis for finding the sensitive parts and dynamic optimization design of transmission assembly.
