目的了解南宁市防病工作管理及传染病疫情报告管理现状,探索科学有效的管理模式。方法根据中国疾控中心《传染病监测信息网络直报工作与技术指南》制定《南宁市疾病控制工作量化考核指标体系》,对南宁市各级医疗机构防病工作及传染病疫情报告现状进行调查。结果市级医疗机构防病工作管理优于省级医疗机构,乡镇级因管理不到位,仍处于较低水平。结论南宁市医疗机构防病工作管理有待加强,传染病疫情报告准确性有待提高,不断完善防病工作考核检查体系,推动医疗机构防病及传染病疫情报告管理工作法制化、规范化、科学化。
Objective To understand the status quo of management of epidemic prevention and epidemic situation report of infectious diseases in Nanning and to explore a scientific and effective management mode. Methods According to “Guideline and Guidelines for Direct Reporting of Infectious Disease Surveillance Information Network” of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, a “Quantitative Assessment Index System for Disease Control in Nanning City” was formulated to investigate the status of prevention work and epidemic situation report of infectious diseases in medical institutions at all levels in Nanning . Results The prevention and control of municipal-level medical institutions was superior to that of provincial-level medical institutions, and the township level was still at a low level due to inadequate management. Conclusion The management of disease prevention in medical institutions in Nanning need to be strengthened. The accuracy of reporting of epidemic situation of infectious diseases needs to be improved. The examination and examination system for prevention and control of diseases should be continuously improved to promote the legalization, standardization and scientification of prevention and control of epidemic reports of infectious diseases in medical institutions.
