目的研究健脾益智法对AD大鼠海马区、大肠区脑肠肽NPYmRNA表达水平的影响及其关联,探讨脾脑相关理论的微观机制。方法运用右侧海马注射凝聚态AB1-40的方法制作AD大鼠模型,以健脾益智胶囊、生理盐水分组灌胃给药连续治疗4周,采用半定量RT-PCR法检测比较模型对照组和中药组大鼠海马区、大肠区脑肠NPYmRNA的表达水平。结果与结论健脾益智胶囊可上调AD大鼠海马区、大肠区脑肠肽NPYmRNA表达水平,脾脑相关理论的微观机制可能与NPY有关。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Jianpi Yizhi on the expression of brain natriuretic peptide NPYmRNA in hippocampus and colorectal area of AD rats and to explore the microscopic mechanism of splenic brain related theory. Methods AD rat model was made by injection of condensed AB1-40 in the right hippocampus. The rats in the model group were treated with Jianpi Yizhi capsule and saline solution for 4 weeks continuously. The semi-quantitative RT-PCR method was used to compare the model control group And the expression of NPYmRNA in brain and intestine of rats in traditional Chinese medicine group. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Jianpi Yizhi Capsule can up-regulate the expression of brain natriuretic peptide NPYmRNA in hippocampus and colorectal area of AD rats. The microscopic mechanism of splenic brain related theory may be related to NPY.
