为了满足建筑排水系统监测时测量点多、空间跨度大的需求,针对传统有线测量方案布设线缆复杂的问题,提出一种基于ZigBee技术的排水系统立管压力监测方案,该方案在分析立管压力特性的基础上制定了系统异常的判断标准,给出了采用ZigBee无线传感器网络实现各测量点间数据有效传输的方法,并从硬件和软件两方面详细介绍了该方案。此外,还搭建了建筑排水系统立管压力监测平台,该平台控制芯片采用8051内核,利用CC2530芯片实现组网和无线传输,数据最终传输至上位机。与传统方法相比,该方案极大地降低了系统搭建的复杂度,提高了通信和测量的便捷性。
In order to meet the need of large measuring points and large space span during the monitoring of building drainage system, aiming at the problem of complicated cable layout in traditional wired measuring solutions, a monitoring system for riser pressure in drainage system based on ZigBee technology was proposed. Based on the pressure characteristic, the judgment criterion of system anomaly is established. The method of using ZigBee wireless sensor network to realize the effective transmission of data between measuring points is given. The scheme is introduced from the hardware and software aspects. In addition, a riser pressure monitoring platform for building drainage system was also set up. The platform control chip adopts 8051 core, uses CC2530 chip to realize networking and wireless transmission, and the data is finally transmitted to the host computer. Compared with the traditional method, this scheme greatly reduces the complexity of system construction and improves the communication and measurement convenience.
