资产重组达到资源的优化配置,提高企业的盈利能力和市场竞争力,调动了各方参与企业的积极性和创造力,有利于企业的发展,推动了生产力进步。对重组后的企业或企业集团,怎样切实采取措施,实现重组目的,避免重组后企业大而不强,整而不合,重新陷入经营困境,是管理层重点考虑的问题。本文运用所学,结合实际案例,提出了具体加强企业资产重组后财务管理的思路,为资产重组企业增加效益和活力出谋划策。
Assets reorganization achieved optimal allocation of resources, enhanced profitability and market competitiveness of enterprises, aroused the enthusiasm and creativity of all parties participating in the enterprises, was conducive to the development of enterprises and promoted the progress of productive forces. After the reorganization of the enterprise or enterprise groups, how to effectively take measures to achieve the purpose of restructuring, to avoid reorganization of large and not strong, the whole out of alignment, regain into operational difficulties, management is the key consideration. This article uses what I have learned, combined with the actual case, put forward some specific ideas to strengthen the financial management after the reorganization of assets, and give advice and suggestions for the reorganization of enterprises.
