In order to understand the relationship between occupational safety attitude and safe driving behavior of train drivers, this paper analyzed and discussed the influencing factors of occupational safety attitudes, provided scientific basis for improving safe driving behavior of train drivers and controlling potential safety hazards, and put forward practical and effective intervention measures. The researchers conducted a questionnaire survey of more than 2,000 railway drivers in a railway bureau. The survey included social demographic characteristics, occupational safety attitudes and safe driving behavior. The relationship between occupational safety attitude and safe driving behavior and the influencing factors of negative attitude were analyzed by linear regression.
