目的客观评价银川市公共场所内公共用品的卫生状况和消毒效果,为制定和实施预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法 ,对2005-2008年银川市兴庆区、金凤区、西夏区的3类公共场所:美容美发业、宾馆业和桑拿浴室业内的公共用品抽样进行微生物检验检测、统计、分析。结果 4个年度3类公共场所公共用品总消毒合格率89.9%,4个年度检验监测合格率分别为90.38%、94.11%、96.56%和96.30%,经统计学检验具有显著性差异(x2=202.28,P<0.01),其中口杯消毒合格率上升幅度较大,由79.62%上升到95.14%,有显著性差异(x2=426.98,P<0.01)。结论公共场所卫生监督监测通过量化分级等规范性卫生管理,消毒效果不断好转,卫生质量得到改善,应继续加强各项管理措施的落实。
Objective To objectively evaluate the sanitation and disinfection effects of public goods in public places in Yinchuan and provide a scientific basis for the formulation and implementation of preventive and control measures. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct microbiological tests on three public places in Xingqing District, Jinfeng District and Xixia District of Yinchuan City from 2005 to 2008: sampling of public articles in the beauty, hairdressing, hotel and sauna industries, Statistical Analysis. Results The total pass rate of public articles in 3 public places was 89.9% in four years. The pass rates of the four annual inspection and monitoring stations were 90.38%, 94.11%, 96.56% and 96.30% respectively. There was a significant difference (x2 = 202.28 , P <0.01). The qualified rate of mouth cup in disinfection increased significantly from 79.62% to 95.14%, with a significant difference (x2 = 426.98, P <0.01). Conclusion Public health supervision and monitoring through standardized grading and other health management, disinfection continue to improve, improve the quality of health, should continue to strengthen the implementation of various management measures.
