本文通过对比实验研究了化学镀镍对于BaTiO3基半导体陶瓷PTC效应的两种不同影响,结果表明,这两种影响分别与镀镍过程中的化学反应以及镀液向瓷体中的渗透有关,首次提出了化学镀镍过程中产生的初生态氢原子影响PTC效应的观点。
In this paper, two different effects of electroless nickel plating on the PTC effect of BaTiO3-based semiconducting ceramics have been studied by comparative experiments. The results show that the two effects are related to the chemical reaction in the process of nickel plating and the penetration of the plating solution into the ceramic body, respectively The viewpoint that the initial hydrogen atoms generated during the electroless nickel plating process affect the PTC effect is proposed.
