随着油田开发进展,不少地区及断块处于地下严重亏空、地层压力过低,漏失非常严重,致使不少油井处于砂埋油层而又冲不出砂来的困难状态。辽河欢喜岭油田,用沈阳产的K_(12)、KZF_(123)泡沫剂进行泡沫冲砂试验获得了成功。1990年,用1%K_(12)泡沫冲砂液,在用清水冲砂不能返出的11口井上进行了试验,成功率100%,清除砂柱701m,增产井9口,累计增产原油4351t。K_(12)虽然价廉适用,但气温若在10℃以下就处于凝固状态,给现场施工带来很大困难,所以我们又使用了凝固点只有-5℃的 KZF_(123)。用0.13%的 KZF_(123)泡沫冲砂液试验
