在小流域综合治理中采用生态恢复的方法,通过修复、增强改善环境质量,采用生态水利和生态工程学的治理方式,建设一个具有河流地貌多样性和生物群落多样性的动态稳定的、可以自我调节的小流域生态系统,是以水源保护为主要目的的小流域综合治理有效措施。东江惠州段承担着向深圳、香港供水的重任,大岚河是东江的一级支流,在充分论证对生态系统影响的基础上,采取各种生态工程措施、管理措施和生物措施,发挥生态系统自我恢复功能并进行适当的人工修复,构建绿色产业链,就一定能使大岚河生态系统得到恢复,从而促进流域生态、经济和社会的可持续发展,达到涵养水源、保护东江水质的目的。
