利用MTS 810电液伺服材料试验系统以及与之配套的高温炉MTS 652.02进行单轴压缩实验,研究泥岩在常温~800℃高温作用下,变形特性与强度特性随温度的变化规律。尽管实验结果有一定的离散性,但仍具有明显的总体规律。泥岩的弹性模量及峰值强度在常温~400℃内,随温度升高呈上升趋势;当T>400℃后,弹性模量及峰值强度均急剧下降。依据岩石损伤力学与统计强度理论,结合高温作用下泥岩的力学性能,构建了考虑温度效应的泥岩损伤演化方程和本构模型,并针对所测泥岩岩样的力学特性,给出了相应的损伤本构方程具体参数,本构模型与试验结果具有很好的印证性。
The MTS 810 electro-hydraulic servo material test system and its accompanying high temperature furnace MTS 652.02 were used to uniaxial compression experiments to study the variation law of the deformation and strength characteristics of mudstone with temperature under the normal temperature ~ 800 ℃. Although the experimental results have a certain degree of dispersion, they still have obvious general rules. The elastic modulus and peak intensity of mudstone increase with increasing temperature from room temperature to 400 ℃. When T> 400 ℃, the elastic modulus and peak intensity decrease sharply. According to the theory of rock damage mechanics and statistical strength, combined with the mechanical properties of mudstone under high temperature, the damage evolution equation and constitutive model of mudstone considering temperature effect are established. According to the mechanical properties of mudstone samples, the corresponding damage The constitutive equation specific parameters, the constitutive model and the test results have a good confirmatory.
