目的探讨工作场所空气中1,4-二噁烷的溶剂解吸-气相色谱法。方法采用活性炭管采集样品,二硫化碳解吸,经DB-FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱法测定。结果本方法测得1,4-二噁烷质量浓度在105.5~4 220.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 95,检出限为0.50 mg/L,定量下限为2.00 mg/L,最低检出质量浓度为0.67 mg/m3(以采集3.0 L工作场所空气计),相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.0%(n=6),平均解吸效率为89.7%~93.7%,样品在室温下至少可保存8 d,在4℃冰箱中至少可保存14 d。结论本方法灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简单,适用于工作场所空气中1,4-二噁烷的测定。
Objective To investigate the solvent desorption of 1, 4-dioxane in workplace air - gas chromatography. Methods The samples were collected by activated charcoal tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide, and determined by gas chromatography with DB-FFAP capillary column. Results The method showed good linearity in the range of 105.5-4 220.0 mg / L for 1,4-dioxane, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 95, a limit of detection of 0.50 mg / L, and a limit of quantification of 2.00 mg / L , The minimum detectable concentration was 0.67 mg / m3 (to collect 3.0 L of workplace air), the relative standard deviations were 1.1% -2.0% (n = 6), and the average desorption efficiency was 89.7% ~ 93.7% Store for at least 8 days and at least 14 days in a 4 ° C freezer. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good precision and simple operation, and is suitable for the determination of 1,4-dioxane in the air of the workplace.
