To explore the new treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CGL), our hospital tried HA chemotherapy in combination with a interferon (IFN-a) in 14 cases of CGL in January 1994, and achieved satisfactory short-term efficacy. The report is as follows: Materials and Methods 1. To general data 14 cases of CGL were confirmed by clinical, blood and bone marrow. Twelve cases were initially treated and 2 cases were retreated.
