对广西防城港5个站位——北仑河口、万尾金滩、白浪滩、防城港西湾和企沙潮间带生物中的重金属元素汞的空间分布特征进行分析,并采集研究区域12种潮间带的生物——文蛤、白贝、毛蚶、青蛤、牡蛎、波纹巴非蛤、斧蛤、菲律宾蛤仔、招潮蟹、短指和尚蟹、沙蟹和长足长方蟹进行检测。研究结果表明:5个站位的所测生物体内总汞含量平均值分别为21.21,13.29,10.20,8.11,8.43 ng/g。其中,总汞含量最高值为北仑河口招潮蟹81.67 ng/g,最低值为白浪滩的文蛤1.96 ng/g;蟹类甲壳动物对汞的生物累积明显高于双壳类软体动物,所采双壳贝类样品中的总汞含量均低于我国食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量的限定值。
The spatial distribution characteristics of heavy metal elemental mercury in five stations of Beilun River estuary, Wanwei Golden Beach, Bailuitan Beach, Fangwan Harbor and Qihai intertidal zone were analyzed. The bioaccumulation of mercury to crab crustacean was significantly higher than that of bivalve mollusks The total mercury content in bivalve molluscs samples was lower than the limit value of the pollutants in foodstuffs in China.
