目的探讨不同血清学亚型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对无症状体检者血清胃功能的影响。方法经Western blot检测将无症状体检人群Hp感染者135例分为尿素酶(Ure)组42例、细胞毒素相关蛋白A~+(CagA~+)组24例和CagA~+空泡细胞毒素A~+(VacA~+)组69例。另设Hp非感染者32例为阴性对照组。ELISA法检测三组血清胃功能胃蛋白酶原(PG)Ⅰ、PGⅡ和胃泌素17(G17)。结果 Ure组PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGR(PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值)和G17与阴性对照组相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。CagA~+组PGⅠ和G17均高于阴性对照组,且PGⅠ高于Ure组(P<0.05)。CagA~+VacA~+组PGⅠ、PGⅡ及G17均高于阴性对照组,而PGR低于CagA~+组(P<0.05)。结论不同血清学亚型Hp感染对无症状体检者血清胃功能影响存在差异。
Objective To investigate the effects of different serological subtypes of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection on serum and gastric function in asymptomatic subjects. Methods 135 cases of Hp infection in asymptomatic subjects were divided into urease (Ure) group (n = 42), cytotoxin - associated protein A ~ (+) group (24 cases) and CagA + vacuolar cytotoxin ~ + (VacA ~ +) group of 69 cases. Another Hp non-infected 32 cases of negative control group. Three groups of gastric function pepsinogen (PG) Ⅰ, PG Ⅱ and gastrin 17 (G17) were detected by ELISA. Results There was no significant difference in PGI, PGⅡ, PGR (PGⅠ / PGⅡ) and G17 between Ure group and negative control group (P> 0.05). PGⅠand G17 in CagA ~ + group were higher than those in negative control group, and PGⅠwere higher than Ure group (P <0.05). PGⅠ, PGⅡand G17 in CagA ~ + VacA ~ + group were higher than those in negative control group, PGR was lower than CagA ~ + group (P <0.05). Conclusions Different serological subtypes of Hp infection have different effects on serum and stomach function of asymptomatic subjects.
