面对日趋复杂的经济政治环境,保险资金介入公租房建设全寿命周期会出现各类风险如市场利率变动或拖延支付导致资产负债不匹配等,会对保险公司造成不良影响。因此,保险企业需具备良好的风险控制措施才能更好地应对介入公租房后相关风险的发生。在介绍保险资金基础设施债权计划交易架构的基础上,由于保险资金介入公租房建设的风险控制是各参与方共同作用的结果,根据风险因素的不同,分别分析公共部门与包括保险企业在内的私人机构协调博弈,提出保险企业相关风险防控和内部风险控制建议,公租房建设项目风险分担机制政策设计建议为相关部门构造良好的公私合作的环境,保证保险资金的安全及保值增值和公租房项目顺利完成提供参考。
