本文采用比较研究法于1985~1988年对玉米秸、沙打旺和猪粪三种有机物料,在沈阳棕壤和草甸土中的转化过程及其产物进行研究。结果表明,覆膜降低了三种有机物料的腐解残留率,并显著地降低了土壤中六碳糖和五碳糖含量及其占总有机质的比例,从而使土壤有机质数量下降,品质恶化;覆膜显著降低土壤过氧化氢酶的活性,但明显提高了转化酶的活性;增施有机物料都能提高土壤中易氧化有机质含量及土壤酶活性。
In this paper, the comparative research method was used to study the transformation process and the products of three kinds of organic materials, corn stover, sand wangwang and pig manure in the brown soil and the meadow soil in Shenyang from 1985 to 1988. The results showed that the film mulching reduced the decomposed residue rate of three organic materials and significantly reduced the content of hexose and pentose sugars in the soil and the proportion of total organic matter in the soil. As a result, the amount of soil organic matter decreased and the quality deteriorated. Film mulching significantly reduced the activity of soil catalase, but significantly increased the activity of invertase. Adding organic materials could increase the contents of soil organic matter and soil enzyme activities.
