中国经济发展学是揭示中国经济发展历程和规律的科学。它以中国经济发展史和经济发展状况为逻辑起点。它的内涵体现在三个层面:一是对中国经济发展历程的历史描述;二是对中国经济发展历程的理论分析;三是从历史和分析中抽象出中国经济发展学理论。构建中国经济发展学,必须以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为根本方法,同时综合使用历史归纳和演绎推理法、定性和定量研究法。中国经济发展学和中国特色社会主义政治经济学都属于中国经济学范畴,但在逻辑起点、研究对象、研究任务上有显著的区别,因而所做出的理论贡献也不相同。构建中国经济发展学,既是中国经济发展和中国经济学发展的需要,也是世界经济发展的需要。 China’s economic development studies are the science that reveals the course and laws of China’s economic development. It takes the history of China’s economy and the state of economic development as the logical starting point. Its connotation is embodied in three aspects: one is the historical description of the course of China’s economic development; the other is the theoretical analysis of the course of China’s economic development; the other is the abstract of China’s theory of economic development from history and analysis. To build China’s economic development studies, we must take dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the fundamental methods, and at the same time we should use historical inductive and deductive reasoning, qualitative and quantitative research methods. Both China’s economic development studies and the Chinese-style political economy of socialism belong to the category of Chinese economics. However, there are notable differences in logical starting points, research subjects, and research tasks, and theoretical contributions have also been made differently. Building China’s economic development studies is not only the need of China’s economic development and the development of China’s economy but also the need of the world’s economic development.
