[目的]了解门诊部空气细菌污染情况,为控制医院感染提供依据。[方法]采用平皿沉降法对门诊部20个场所空气采样,计菌落数并根据生化反应对分离菌进行鉴定、分类。[结果]门诊部大部分场所空气含菌量超过700cfu/m~3,以挂号厅、候诊厅、急诊观察室及口腔科诊室空气细菌含量最高(>1500cfu/m~3)。共分离到519株细菌,其中G~+菌占79.8%,且检出金葡菌、大肠杆菌、假单胞菌、克雷伯氏菌等院内感染常见病原菌。[结论]应积极采取有效措施来降低门诊部空气细菌含量。
[Objective] To understand the bacterial contamination of air in clinics and provide basis for controlling hospital infection. [Method] The air samples of 20 places in the clinic and the number of colonies were counted by plate sedimentation method and the isolates were identified and classified according to biochemical reactions. [Results] The bacteria in the air of most clinics was more than 700cfu / m ~ 3. The air bacteria contents of the registered office, waiting room, emergency room and dental clinic were the highest (> 1500cfu / m ~ 3). A total of 519 strains of bacteria were isolated, of which G ~ + accounted for 79.8%. Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas and Klebsiella were the common pathogens in Nosocomial infections. [Conclusion] Effective measures should be taken actively to reduce the airborne bacteria content in clinic.
