为了更能体现公共图书馆的价值,实现全民素质提高的目标,国家以及地方政府都鼓励公共图书馆实施免费服务的政策,以提高读者的阅读兴趣,丰富人们的业余生活,但是该政策的实施,在吸引大量读者的同时,却出现了很多问题,集中表现在服务质量下降,这不仅有损公共图书馆的形象,还使得读者产生厌烦的心理,很难实现提高全民文化素质的目的。本文首先介绍了公共图书馆服务质量标准的内容,其次阐释了在免费服务的条件下,公共图书馆服务质量存在的问题,最后针对这些问题提出了解决的措施,以供大家参考。
