在临近纪念毛泽东诞辰110周年之际,不久前,我在回应有关部门关于理论问题的访谈时,曾经说到,当前我最关心的头等问题是:真正从实际出发,根据马克思主义的基本原理,了解和改善最广大的人民群众,特别是处于困境的工农劳苦大众的真实生活状况、生存条件、社会地位和合法权益,关注他们的命运和前途。这实际上也是一个坚持马克思主义的“人民观”的问题。
In the immediate vicinity of the 110th anniversary of Comrade Mao Zedong’s birthday, not long ago, when I responded to relevant departments’ interviews on theoretical issues, I said that the top priority I am most concerned about now is: from the reality, based on the basic principles of Marxism, Understand and improve the real living conditions, living conditions, social status and legitimate rights and interests of the overwhelming majority of the people, especially the beleaguered workers and peasants, and pay attention to their destiny and future. This is actually also a question of insisting on the “people’s concept” of Marxism.
