在国际文化与经济互动日益频繁、涉及领域逐步多元化、文化合作在主体与内容大为拓展的新时期,开展国际文化合作的经济分析理论探索势所必然。国际文化经济学以国家及地区间文化合作的经济关系为研究对象,交叉综合国际经济学与文化经济学两大学科,融合古典和现代以及“新”新贸易理论、成本疾病与文化创意产业理论、经济关联与知识溢出空间经济理论等,分析文化产品和要素在国际间流动的经济动因、机制及效应等一般规律,研究影响国际流动的文化政策,可通过国际文化交流经济分析、文化贸易及文化创意产业国际合作研究等三个侧面开展实证。
In the new period of frequent international cultural and economic interaction, gradual diversification of involved fields and wide-ranging cultural cooperation in the sphere of subject and content, it is imperative to carry out theoretical exploration of economic analysis of international cultural cooperation. International Cultural Economics takes the economic relations among countries and regions in cultural cooperation as the research object, crosses the two major subjects of international economics and cultural economics, integrates classical and modern as well as “new” new trade theory, cost disease and cultural creativity Industrial theory, economic connection and knowledge spillover space economy theory, analyzes the general laws of economic motivation, mechanism and effect of cultural products and elements flowing internationally, and studies cultural policies that affect international mobility through economic analysis and culture of international cultural exchange Trade and cultural and creative industries such as international cooperation in three aspects of empirical research.
