2010年1月,中央出台红头文件,数千“驻京办”将面临在半年内被撤销的命运。新闻经媒体披露后,“驻京办”这个名词一时间家喻户晓,还有人形象地将“驻京办”比喻为地方的第二行政中心。实际上,“驻京办”并非新生事物,而是历史上很多朝代就存在的政府机构。
In January 2010, the Central Government issued the red tape and thousands of “resident offices in Beijing” will face the fate of being withdrawn in six months. After the news was disclosed by the media, the term “office in Beijing” became well-known for a time, and some people vividly compared the “office in Beijing” with the second administrative center in the place. In fact, the “Beijing Office” is not a new thing, but a government agency existed in many dynasties in history.
