目的:评价早期脑卒中患者开展阈值压力负荷呼吸肌训练(threshold inspiratory muscle training,TIMT)后的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年5月因早期脑卒中在我科住院的患者60例。随机分为两组,每组30例,其中30名接受阈值压力负荷呼吸肌训练患者为治疗组,30名未接受训练的为对照组。治疗8周后,比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能:最大肺活量VCn max、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、呼吸肌肌力(MIP和MEP),日常生活活动能力巴氏指数(BI)和治疗后随访3个月肺部感染的发生率。n 结果:两组对象基线资料无明显差异(n P>0.05),训练前后治疗组的肺功能(VCn max、FVC、PEF)、呼吸肌肌力(MIP、MEP)明显高于对照组(n P0.05),治疗后随访3个月肺部感染的发生率低于对照组(n P0.05) . After TIMT, the lung function parameters (VCn max, FVC, PEF) and respiratory muscle strength (MIP, MEP) were significantly higher in the treatment group than those in the control group (n P0.05) . The 3-month incidence of lung infections post treatment was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group (n P<0.05) .n Conclusion:Early stroke patients may benefit from threshold inspiratory muscle training in terms of improvements in respiratory function and lung infections.
