分别从原料选择、原料改性、工艺制定方面综述了生产高强度聚丙烯(PP)纤维过程中可提升纤维强度的各个重要因素。相对分子质量及其分布是选择合适PP树脂的重要依据;用无机纳米材料对PP改性的主要问题是纳米材料的团聚现象;为了改善纤维内部晶体结构,可在原料中添加各种类型的成核剂;在工艺制定中,选择合适的冷却速度、拉伸温度及拉伸倍数、热定形时间、温度及负荷等,可以提高纤维内部取向度、结晶度,完善内部晶体结构,减少缺陷,最终制得具有高强度的PP单丝。
