随着输电铁塔向大荷载和大型化的发展,高强钢的冲孔技术逐渐成为行业亟待解决的课题。对16 mm厚的Q420热轧钢板进行了150~400℃温度区间的冲孔试验,测量并计算了孔的锥度和圆度。使用SEM观察了孔断面的微观形貌,并对孔内表面进行了磁粉探伤。结果表面,孔的锥度、圆度符合GB/T2694-2010标准要求,孔表面无缺陷痕迹。这些说明温冲加工Q420强度等级的钢是可行的。
With the transmission tower to large load and large-scale development, high-strength steel punching technology has gradually become the industry to be solved. The 16 mm-thick Q420 hot-rolled steel sheets were punched at a temperature of 150-400 ° C. The taper and roundness of the holes were measured and calculated. The microstructure of the hole section was observed by SEM and the magnetic particle inspection was performed on the inner surface of the hole. The results of the surface, the hole taper, roundness in line with GB / T2694-2010 standard requirements, the hole surface no defects traces. These indicate that it is feasible to process Q420 strength grade steel.
