为指导半碗结构球形转子静电支承平衡装置的设计,以静电场干扰力矩最小为最优准则,讨论了半碗静电支承结构中的电极几何形状选择问题。采用二阶边界扰动原理,求取了用球谐函数表示的平衡装置静电场电势分布,从而推导出静电场干扰力矩公式。通过数值计算,比较了圆环电极、两种正六面体十二块电极的一半划分方式下静电场干扰力矩大小,并由此得出正六面体十二块电极的一半划分方案更适合半碗结构球形转子静电平衡装置的结论。
In order to guide the design of static balance device of spherical rotor with half bowl structure, the selection of electrode geometry in semi - bowl electrostatic support structure is discussed with the minimum electrostatic disturbance torque as the optimal criterion. By using the second-order boundary perturbation principle, the potential distribution of the electrostatic field of the balancing device represented by the spherical harmonic function is obtained, and the formula of electrostatic disturbance torque is deduced. By numerical calculation, the interference torque of electrostatic field in one half of the ring electrode and the two regular hexahedrons is compared, and the result shows that half of the twelve regular hexahedrons are more suitable for the half bowl structure Rotor static balance device conclusion.
