目的了解天津地区各类场所水系统中嗜肺军团菌(简称军团菌)的污染情况,为预防控制军团菌病的传播提供科学依据。方法随机抽取天津地区各类场所(包括宾馆酒店、商场超市、办公楼等)水样共135份,进行军团菌检测。结果 2013年共采集135份水样,生活类用水检出率为1.92%,集中空调系统用水检出率为14.45%。结论天津地区部分场所水系统中受到军团菌污染,存在健康安全隐患,应加强公共场所水系统的日常监督与防控工作,并监督开展清洗消毒工作。
Objective To understand the contamination of Legionella pneumophila in the water system of various places in Tianjin and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the spread of Legionnaires’ disease. Methods A total of 135 samples of water samples from various places in Tianjin (including hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, etc.) were randomly selected for detection of Legionella. Results A total of 135 water samples were collected in 2013, with a detection rate of 1.92% for domestic use and 14.45% for centralized air conditioning systems. Conclusion In some places in Tianjin, Legionella contaminated the water system and posed potential health and safety risks. The daily supervision and prevention and control of water systems in public places should be strengthened, and the cleaning and disinfection work should be supervised.
