The spirit of “Three Glories” centered on dedication to geology is the eternal theme of the spirit of our geology and mining industry. However, in recent years, the phenomenon of job-hopping of geologic exploration youngsters, the problem of talent faults and so on have cast a shadow over the geological undertakings. The Ministry of Mines and Minerals to develop the national economy to achieve the strategic objectives formulated by the implementation of the “April 22” project and we need to dedicate their youth and strength. Therefore, inspiring geologists to dedicate themselves to geologic undertakings is an increasingly important task for geological exploration units. The party, government, workers ’and workers’ league should be coordinated and make concerted efforts. This article intends to combine the party’s thinking from the perspective of youth psychology, behavior science and corporate culture
