今年下半年,我院开展了一系列科研活动,有效地推动了科研工作。 6月,各教研室与本刊编辑部共同举办全院学术研讨会。收到论文43篇,内容涉及学院开设的多数课程。论文数量及论题涉及面均为学院历次学术会之首。会议采用上台宣讲的方式交流论文,从而给教师提供了一次教学大观摩的机会。 7月,学院承办中国逻辑学会法律逻辑专业委员会第七次年会。来自全国各地的法律逻辑研究工作者汇集一堂,探讨该学科的建设和发展问题。 9月,以基础教研室教师为主举办“法律语言、逻辑与写作专题研讨会”。收到论文8篇,均为上述法学边缘学科的范畴。加强法学边缘学科的研究,向为我院科研的特色,这次研讨会保持和发展了这一特色。 11月,民法教研室、本刊编辑部共同承办“民事法律专题研讨会”。贵阳市中级法院、云岩、南明两区法院部分主管民事工作的院、庭领导,省崇实律师事务所的代表应邀赴会。与会者认真探讨了下列问题:新颁《担保法》、《仲裁法》的贯彻实施;离婚率的上升状况、社会后果和司法
In the second half of this year, our hospital carried out a series of scientific research activities, effectively promoting scientific research. In June, each department and the editorial department co-sponsored the entire courtyard academic seminar. Received 43 papers, covering most of the courses offered by the college. The number of papers and topics involved in the surface are the first academic college academic. The conference used the method of taking the stage to preach to exchange papers, which provided teachers with an opportunity to observe the teaching. In July, the Institute hosted the seventh annual meeting of the Legal Logic Committee of the Chinese Logic Society. Law and logic researchers from all over the country come together to discuss the construction and development of the discipline. In September, the “Basic Seminar on Legal Language, Logic and Writing” will be held mainly by teachers of basic teaching and research institutes. Received eight papers, are the boundaries of the law discipline. To strengthen the study of the law of the edge of the discipline, to the characteristics of our hospital research, this seminar to maintain and develop this feature. In November, Civil Law Teaching and Research Office and Editorial Department of our magazine co-hosted the “Symposium on Civil Law”. Guiyang City Intermediate People’s Court, Yunyan, Nanming District Court some of the civilian work in charge of court, court leader, provincial law firm Mushi was invited to attend the meeting.
