近年来,由于企业经济效益滑坡,经营体制转变等原因,使县级计量检定机构举步维艰,难以保持正常工作运转和标准设备的更新,严重制约了计量事业的发展。要改变这种不利局面,除地方财政应给予一定的支持外,我认为计量机构应从以下几个方面着手:１转变观念,提高人员素质和服务质量。
In recent years, the metrological verification agencies at the county level have struggled to keep their normal operation and standard equipment updated due to the decline of the economic benefits of the enterprises and the transformation of the management system, which seriously hampered the development of the measurement business. In order to change this unfavorable situation, in addition to the local finance should give some support, I think the measurement institutions should proceed from the following aspects: 1 change ideas, improve the quality of personnel and service quality.
