S-100β阳性T淋巴细胞(S100βTL)是新近发现的T细胞的新亚群,细胞浆内含有大量S100b蛋白,属于CD8抗原阳性的抑制性/细胞毒性T细胞亚群,占正常人末梢血总淋巴细胞的2-10%,有时超过20%,一般认为其具有重要的机能。S100蛋白是大量存在于神经系统的钙结合蛋白,其生理机能不明。最近有人报告星形胶质细胞分泌的轴突延长因子结构与S100b蛋白相同,提示S100蛋白是具有细胞活素样活性的分泌蛋白,S100βTL看来也是很有意思的T细胞。 S100βT淋巴瘤/白血病包括作者报告的在内已有6例。这些病例都表现十分相似的临床病理学特 S-100β-positive T lymphocytes (S100βTL) is a newly discovered subpopulation of T cells.
